One of the first things you will notice when you come to the Flint Campus for your 3rd and 4th year of medical school is the people and the community.  Flint is home to the annual Back to the Bricks, a week long event that showcases our automobile history.  Flint is home to the annual Crim Festival of Races that generates money for the Special Olympics.  Over 10,000 people come together on race day to support one another and to support a wonderful cause.

We are very proud have been a part of the Flint area community for more than 30 years.  Flint, known as the Vehicle City, has a strong history with an entrepreneurial spirit as the birthplace of General Motors.  We continue to improve all areas of the community by improving our parks, our health and social services, and our education from elementary school all the way through college.  Once you are a part of this great community it is something that you will take with you, not just for your medical career, but for the rest of your life.
